I make quiet photographs of landscape, street and everyday life — mostly in available light, mostly on foot. This site is where the work lives now, independent of any platform.

Prints of most images are available, and selected frames can be licensed for editorial and commercial use. Get in touch with the image title and how you would like to use it.

Common questions

Can I buy a print of a photograph?

Yes. Most frames on this site can be printed. Send the photo title through the contact link on the about page and I will reply with sizes, paper and price.

Can I license an image for editorial or commercial use?

Yes. Licensing is handled directly with me. Tell me the image title and how you plan to use it, and I will quote a licence for that use.

Can I use a photo for free if I credit you?

No. Every photograph here is copyright Craig Copley and needs a licence, even with a credit.

What gear do you shoot with?

It varies by frame, so the camera, lens, aperture, shutter speed and ISO are listed under each photograph on its own page.
